Below are the general terms and conditions of Scandinavian Concession Management AB regarding prices, delivery, payment, complaints, and the processing of personal data.

Prices

All prices on this page are shown inclusive of VAT. Shipping is stated separately.

Delivery Terms

Our domestic deliveries are handled by Postnord AB and DHL. The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. The items you have purchased will be delivered to the address you provided. If they do not fit in the mailbox or property box, they will be left at your door. Unclaimed parcels at delivery points will be returned to SCM.

Delivery time after receiving the delivery confirmation:

• SWEDEN: 2-4 days
• EUROPE: 3-7 days
• REST OF THE WORLD: 5-10 days

Note! Some products have special delivery times, please check individual products for details.

Cost:

• Postnord AB: 35 SEK for shipments up to 250 g, 50 SEK for shipments up to 500 g.
• DHL: 69 SEK for shipments up to 1.5 kg.

Payment Terms

SCM AB accepts payment by credit or debit card, Swish, and invoice (30 days from the day we ship your goods), where the customer is responsible for ensuring that SCM receives payment on time. If payment is not completed according to the payment terms, SCM reserves the right to charge a reminder fee (60 SEK) per payment reminder for delayed or missed payments.

For purchases via credit, debit card, or Swish, the amount is deducted upon approveed transaction.

Right of Withdrawal & Complaints

In accordance with ” Distansköpslagen” , you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date your item was delivered. If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery, you also have 3 years to file a complaint. Any damage or defects must be returned to SCM within 14 days of receiving the goods. For complaints, we recommend that the customer use the link scm.se/retur/ to create a return label. For returns, SCM covers the shipping cost.

Once SCM receives a return, your purchase will be credited.

Personal data provided to SCM is stored and processed digitally. SCM AB is responsible for ensuring that personal data is stored and processed in accordance with the data protection acts.

Deletion of Customer Data

As a customer, you can request to have your personal data deleted from SCM AB at any time.

Cookies

We use cookies to optimize the functionality of the shop, to analyze traffic, and for ad measurement. We strive to minimize the use of cookies. The cookies we use are:

• From Abicart: Abicart is the technical platform on which the shop is built. The cookies used are to improve functionality such as language and currency choices, keep track of which items you have added to the cart, track the country you want your items delivered to, and save your cookie consent preference.
• From Recaptcha: We use cookies from Recaptcha to distinguish traffic between bots and humans, ensuring safer transactions and shopping.
• From Google: We use Google Analytics to measure traffic on the shop. Google sets three types of cookies to measure traffic volume and behavior on the site. This data is sent anonymously to Google Analytics.
• From Facebook: To measure the advertising we do through Facebook/Instagram and Meta’s other platforms.
